My name is Sylvie my passion for photography began at the very early age of 8. My parents were in the Army and we were sent to Malaysia on a three year posting in dare I say it 1961.

One hot day while shopping in our local town Seremban I saw a tiny camera in a shop window I just stared mesmerized by it, My Father noticed and took me into the shop to look at it. To my absolute delight he bought it for me along with a packet of tiny films to go with it. I can't remember the make I think it might have been a lieca.

I took photo after photo and literaly taught myself how to change the settings and thus my love of photography was well and truly born.
